Shawn is incredibly helpful and generous with his time. Offered me a bike box so I could ship my bike home after finishing half of the TransAmerica Trail. He also helped my friend find the perfect bike helmet and we got exactly what we needed. Highly recommended shop, and the heart of Butler County's cycling scene.

Shawn tuned up my bike and ordered a rear rack for my old Electra Townie. He saved me a ton working an off brand rack as Electra parts are super expensive. I'd recommend Free State Cycle for all your bicycle needs.

We were looking for a new bike for our daughter for her birthday. Everywhere we looked they were sold out. Shawn was able to order her a bike from one of his vendors and even kept it at the store until her birthday for us. You will not find that kind of service at the Big Box stores!
