My son crashed his bike and messed up the back wheel and handlebars. We brought it in to drop it off to be fixed and the guys in the shop stopped what they were doing and fixed it on the spot. When they were done they taught my son how to fix little problems himself and wouldn't take any money for their time. We'll definitely be back and will send people their way! Awesome experience.

I purchased a Fuji Mountain Bike from Free State. Shawn did a great job of fitting me and explaining the different features of the bike. Great quality bike! It is also comforting to know if that if your bike needs service that Shawn is there for you. Great buying experience and I highly recommend Free State Cycle Works.

My shifting cable broke on the Trans American route and Free State Cycle Works did a fantastic job repairing it! Wow!! Shawn is a professional at fixing bikes. Very impressive and very friendly too. He replaced the cable, new handlebar tape, rotated tires, cleaned chain, tuned gears and washed bike at a great price than most bike shops in Wichita. I highly recommend this shop to get your bike fixed or looked at. Shawn is very knowledgeable. I’m very satisfied. Thank You Shawn!!!

Very neat and clean shop with numerous bicycle displays. The owner is very knowledgeable & passionate about his shop and details that go into repairing bicycles. I recommend you call and then talk about your needs. Also, the shop is on the main downtown street for easy access. I would also consider this shop to work on electric wheelchairs (or any wheelchairs), electric scooters, electric bicycles, etc. It doesn't hurt to ask, when you call. Super convienent to have this shop in Augusta.

Free state. As a guy that puts a lot of miles on his bike, it’s nice to have a dealer in the area to help support my writing. I’ve always had a great success in with parts and service. I can't say enough great things about this bike shop. I reached out regarding a bike late one Sunday evening not expecting to hear anything back till the next day but got a reply almost instantly! Made the 2 hour drive to go pick it up, test ride, and bought it. Great service and the sales pup was the sweetest, hopefully he gets some commission kibble cause he earned it.
